The first establishment :
Mr Gholam Ali Omidfar founded in 1956 a company which, from the beginning, has taken steps to distribute and meet the needs of the mining and agricultural industries of Khorasan province. In recent years, Omidfar Industrial Goods Group has been the founder of supplying lathes, industrial and mining compressors, electromotors, bearings and industrial tools in the country.
In addition to the above companies, it has also supplied various types of SKF brand industrial bearings and other brands such as INA and FAG (Germany), KOYO and NTN (Japan), and TIMKEN (America).
Since 1963, it has cooperated with Iran Sweden Company as the exclusive distributor of SKF bearings.

Over the past years, has been active in the field of supplying and importing SKF products, including various types of (bearings, roller bearings, bearings, special bearing tools, grease, etc.) to meet the needs of the country's industries such as (steel and related industries, iron and steel, copper, cement, petrochemicals, agricultural equipment, drilling equipment, mining and road construction, food industries, wood and paper industries, automobiles, etc.).
Therefore, this complex, managed by Vahid Omidfar, has been ranked first in the growth and sales of SKF Sweden products in Iran and the Middle East for many years.
